Little Creek Dressing is a delicious, versatile salad dressing/sauce that we created as a "value-added" product to complement the gourmet mixed greens and vegetables that we grow on our Certified Organic farm, Little Creek Gardens. Our dressing will enhance any salad, and can be used as a sauce on vegetables (fresh or steamed), pastas, pyrogies, pizzas, bagels, and burritos.  It can also be used as a marinade for meat, fish, or meat alternatives. Our dressing contains wholesome, natural ingredients and is made, with love, in British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan Valley.
