Little Creek Gardens is a certified organic farm nestled on the west shores of Okanagan Lake near Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. In 1995 Donna Denison developed Little Creek Dressing as a "value-added" product to complement her husband, Dale Ziech's, gourmet salad greens which are grown on their farm.
Little Creek's delicious Original, tantalizing Spicy Strawberry, and delightful Cherry Balsamic Dressings are created with fresh, natural and some organic ingredients as well as homemade infused vinegars made on site at Little Creek. Customers use the dressing as a vegetable dip, sauce, marinade, and of course, as a dressing for salads. Many customers have confessed to "swigging" the dressing right from the bottle. Donna received early encouragement from Chatelaine magazine's Associate Food Editor, Marilyn Crowley, who describes the Original dressing as, "the best bottled dressing I've ever had." Donna is grateful & proud to be recognized in the book “New Pioneers, Stories of 100 BC Women Entrepreneurs” www.womensenterprise.ca and has been featured on Kelowna’s CHBC TV’s “Okanagan Now”. Little Creek Dressings are available in most grocery, produce and health food stores throughout the Okanagan, Kootenays, lower Mainland of British Columbia, and some areas of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. As well, the dressings have been shipped all over the world to fans who not only love the flavorful taste of the dressings, but as one fan described it: "It has an energy that goes beyond anything you can touch and feel.” This energy reflects the love & caring put into the creation of these artisan dressings.
ENJOY!
